Frequently asked.
Quick answers to the questions we get most. Don't see yours? Send it over — we respond within one business day.
Who can apply?
Any college student or recent grad with an idea or a working business. Solo founders and teams welcome. Cofounders don't need to be at the same school — our network spans campuses.
Do I need a working product to apply?
No. The Launch Track is for founders earlier in the journey — strong idea, no validated product yet. The Growth Track is for those with a live product and customers. We'll place you in the right lane after you apply.
How long is the program?
14 weeks of intensive in-person work, plus ongoing post-program access to mentors, resources, and the PANDA alumni network.
Is there funding?
Yes. We support funding pathways three ways: in-program seed support, direct angel introductions, and a vetted target list of 100+ angels and 50+ regional and global seed accelerators.
What does it cost?
We meet you where you are. Some cohorts run on equity terms; some are university-sponsored and tuition-free. Apply and we'll be transparent about your specific cohort's terms.
How much time should I expect to commit?
Plan on full-time hours during the 14 weeks. The program ships 10–15 deliverables per week per founder, plus weekly mentor sessions, working groups, and office hours.
What happens after Demo Day?
Onboarding to PANDA's post-program resources: continued mentorship, the alumni network, fundraising assistance, an Equity Collective, and a monthly cohort meeting cadence for at least the first year.
Can my university partner with PANDA?
Yes. We work with universities four ways: install the full platform, optimize an existing program, white-label our curriculum under your brand, or run hosted cohorts. Reach out.
How are applications reviewed?
Rolling basis. We aim to respond within one business day. Strong applications get a short interview, then placement into a cohort. We do not require an NDA at application stage.
Do you take equity?
Cohort-dependent. For equity cohorts, we are explicit about percentage and vesting. For university-sponsored cohorts, there is typically no equity component. Apply and we'll tell you which applies.
